1) Order Placement and Tracking:

• The ACC Cement Connect app facilitates stakeholders in placing, posting, and monitoring cement orders.
• It seamlessly integrates with SAP to generate Sales Orders.
• Dealers and retailers have the convenience of placing orders via the app, with the ability to track order statuses from initiation to dispatch.

2) Delivery Order (DO) Notifications:

• Upon the generation of Delivery Orders (DO), customers receive timely notifications via SMS.
• These SMS notifications include precise GPS tracking information for the trucks transporting their orders in real-time.

3) Financial Management:

• The application empowers users to create financial ledgers and invoices efficiently.
• Users can easily monitor their credit limits and outstanding balances, referencing their invoices.

4) Retailer Registration:

• A novel feature has been integrated for retailers to register within the app.
• Retailers are subject to an approval process conducted by TSO/DO (presumably referring to Territory Sales Officer or Delivery Officer) and required documentation for completion.
• Upon approval, retailers receive an identification for utilizing the app's functionalities.
• Retailers can securely request orders from dealers, who then process these requests accordingly.
• Additionally, the feature enables retailers to monitor the progress of their orders from initiation to delivery and offers detailed reports highlighting retailer requests to dealers and the justifications for any request rejections.

5) SMS Integration for Live Tracking:

• The app seamlessly integrates with the Axestrack system as part of its logistics initiative.
• This integration allows for accurate real-time GPS tracking of delivery trucks.
• Post-generation of a DO, Axestrack automatically dispatches a URL containing live GPS tracking details to the corresponding customer linked with the DO.
• Customers have the ability to track the truck's whereabouts, stops made along the route, and estimated times of arrival through this dedicated tracking link.

UI/UX Changes:

The application has recently undergone a significant overhaul to align with Adani's branding standards and guidelines.

• The application's name has been updated to "Adani Cement Connect."
• Initially, these alterations have been enforced on select screens, with a holistic redesign envisioned for future releases.
